You can wear the Atlas Harness on it’s own or you can pair it with any of the previous and current CB13 gear and underwear.  We recommend you pair this harness with the matching Cellblock 13 Atlas Jockstrap which is sold separately here at Jockstraps.com.  Unlike most Cellblock 13 Harnesses that come in S-L sizes, this one comes in four sizes.  Buy this item based on chest size.
